pineapple strawberry morning smoothie
This is a wonderful morning smoothie. Fresh pineapple is wonderful, but I use canned and am able to use the juice as well to make this drink that is not a blast of sugar, but will give you that boost you need in the morning.

Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup canned pineapple chunks (reserve juice)
- 3/4 cup milk, low-fat
- 1/2 medium banana, in chunks
- 3/4 cup reserved pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup plain non fat yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 packages splenda or 1/2 tsp honey
- 6 - ice cubes
- 1 teaspoon wheat germ
How To Make pineapple strawberry morning smoothie

Step 1Blend the strawberries, banana, milk, pineapple juice, vanilla yogurt, extract, splenda or honey and wheat germ in a blender until smooth. Add 1 or two ice cubes and pulse in between to break up.
