Pineapple Smoothie (Lactose Free)

- silk's plain soymilk or similar lactose free milk substitute
- 1 can(s)
- (8 ounces) unsweetened crushed pineapple
- 1/2 c
- pineapple juice
- 3 Tbsp
- honey, sugar or equivalent sugar substitute
- 1/2 tsp
- vanilla extract
- 1/4 c
- ice cubes
How to Make Pineapple Smoothie (Lactose Free)
- 1Place all ingredients except ice cubes in a blender and process until smooth. Coconut should be chopped very fine. Add ice cubes a couple at a time and continue to process until ice is crushed and incorporated into the drink completely. Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately.
