Another pineapple version of a morning treat with a hidden surprise of twangy lime. A great breakfast, or just a refreshing treat.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup yogurt, plain (strawberry or pineapple flavored optional)
  • 1/3 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/3 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks in juice
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice or 2 tbsp frozen lime concentrate
  • 1 tablespoon honey or 2 splenda packets
  • 5 - ice cubes
  • 1/8 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon wheat germ (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon flax (optional)

How To Make pineapple raspberry strawberry-lime smoothie

  • Step 1
    Place the yogurt, berries, pineapple, juice and honey or Splenda in a blender; cover and process until smooth. Add wheat germ, flax, spices and ice cubes; cover and process until smooth.
