- 1/2 cup yogurt, plain (strawberry or pineapple flavored optional)
- 1/3 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/3 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks in juice
- 2 teaspoons lime juice or 2 tbsp frozen lime concentrate
- 1 tablespoon honey or 2 splenda packets
- 5 - ice cubes
- 1/8 teaspoon allspice
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon wheat germ (optional)
- 1 tablespoon flax (optional)

Step 1Place the yogurt, berries, pineapple, juice and honey or Splenda in a blender; cover and process until smooth. Add wheat germ, flax, spices and ice cubes; cover and process until smooth.
