Ingredients
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 - scoop chocolate flavored protein powder (can use powdered chocolate drink mix if you don't have the protein powder)
- 1 small banana
- 1 cup milk
- 1 - 2 tablespoons creamy peanutbutter (not as gritty as the chunky kind)
How To Make peanutbutter banana shake

Step 1Throw all the ingredients into a blender and pulse a few times till ice cubes are chipped a bit, then blend on high till desired smoothness.

Step 2if you like it more chocolaty, you can add some chocolate syrup... if you like it thinner, add more milk. If you like it thicker, add another banana You can use fat free milk if you like, but I prefer 2%
