For those who Love Peanut Butter and need extra Protein in their diet. This might be a good alternative to "Ensure" for someone who can't seem to get enough nutrition from regular meals. (I am not a nutritionist, but think that elderly people in particular need more protein in their diets)

Ingredients
- - 1/2 cup milk or soy milk or almond milk
- - 1/2 cup silken tofu
- - 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
- - 2 bananas, frozen
- - 2 tbls chocolate syrup
- - 6 to 8 ice cubes
How To Make peanut butter smoothie with extra protein

Step 1Place ingredients in blender jar and blend until smooth. For fun, top it with some whipped cream and a drizzle of extra chocolate syrup.

Step 2If you want, you can use frozen bananas increase the milk and leave out some or all of the ice. It will be slightly darker in color but more concentrated flavor.
