- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 large bananas(peeled)quartered & frozen
- 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1/4 cup protein powder, vanilla
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt

Step 1Put everything in blender,& pulse til smooth. Good meal when its hot.
