- 1 tablespoon honey roasted peanut butter (creamy)
- 2 ounces grapes or strawberries
- 1 ounce spinach
- 1 ounce baby carrots
- 3 ounces rice or soy milk
- 1/2 - banana
How To Make pb&j smoothie

Step 1Drop in in this order- spinach, cut carrots, fruits, (cut banana into pieces) peanut butter & add "milk" & blend
