I use this in my nutribullet, it's amazing! Tastes just like pb&j but with much more nutrients! Works great in a blender or smoothie maker too.

1 Tbsphoney roasted peanut butter (creamy)

2 ozgrapes or strawberries

1 ozspinach

1 ozbaby carrots

3 ozrice or soy milk

1/2banana
How To Make pb&j smoothie

1Drop in in this order- spinach, cut carrots, fruits, (cut banana into pieces) peanut butter & add "milk" & blend
