I use this in my nutribullet, it's amazing! Tastes just like pb&j but with much more nutrients! Works great in a blender or smoothie maker too.

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp
    honey roasted peanut butter (creamy)
  • 2 oz
    grapes or strawberries
  • 1 oz
    spinach
  • 1 oz
    baby carrots
  • 3 oz
    rice or soy milk
  • 1/2
    banana

How to Make PB&J smoothie

Step-by-Step

  1. Drop in in this order- spinach, cut carrots, fruits, (cut banana into pieces) peanut butter & add "milk" & blend
  2. Enjoy!
