  • 2 cups strawberries sliced
  • 2 cups crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup apples peeled cored and chopped
  • 1/2 cup ice cubs
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/8 teaspoon instent coffee ( optional )

    Blend bananas, strawberries, pineapple, apples, ice cubes, and honey, and coffee
