Yep, the doctor told me to drink more milk because I'm getting older. I don't like milk and during the summer it makes me ill. So, after a lil experimentation and some very interesting concoctions, my mother and I discovered this lil gem. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Ingredients For triple melon cooler

  • 2 c
    honeydew melon, peeled and chopped
  • 2 c
    cantaloupe, peeled and chopped
  • 2 c
    watermelon, peeled and chopped
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • milk or soy milk

How To Make triple melon cooler

  • 1
    Add melon to the blender or chopper and puree until smooth.

    Add vanilla and blend well.
  • 3
    Pour into a gallon container that can be sealed.
  • 4
    Fill the container the rest of the way with milk (or soy milk), shake to mix and refrigerate until chilled, about 2 hours.

    Serve cold with a sprig of mint for garnish if desired.
