Yep, the doctor told me to drink more milk because I'm getting older. I don't like milk and during the summer it makes me ill. So, after a lil experimentation and some very interesting concoctions, my mother and I discovered this lil gem. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Ingredients
- 2 cups honeydew melon, peeled and chopped
- 2 cups cantaloupe, peeled and chopped
- 2 cups watermelon, peeled and chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- - milk or soy milk
How To Make triple melon cooler

Step 1Add melon to the blender or chopper and puree until smooth.

Step 2Add vanilla and blend well.

Step 3Pour into a gallon container that can be sealed.

Step 4Fill the container the rest of the way with milk (or soy milk), shake to mix and refrigerate until chilled, about 2 hours.

Step 5Serve cold with a sprig of mint for garnish if desired.
