Yep, the doctor told me to drink more milk because I'm getting older. I don't like milk and during the summer it makes me ill. So, after a lil experimentation and some very interesting concoctions, my mother and I discovered this lil gem. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Ingredients For triple melon cooler

2 choneydew melon, peeled and chopped

2 ccantaloupe, peeled and chopped

2 cwatermelon, peeled and chopped

1 tspvanilla

milk or soy milk
How To Make triple melon cooler

1Add melon to the blender or chopper and puree until smooth.

2Add vanilla and blend well.

3Pour into a gallon container that can be sealed.

4Fill the container the rest of the way with milk (or soy milk), shake to mix and refrigerate until chilled, about 2 hours.

5Serve cold with a sprig of mint for garnish if desired.
