- 1 tablespoon matcha green tea powder
- 1 tablespoon local honey
- 1 cup almond milk
- Handful - ice cubes
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
How To Make matcha green tea shake (super healthy)

Step 1First, if you decide to make this a protein drink, do not add honey. Add only to preference.

Step 2Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. You may have to scrape powder off sides of the blender as Matcha and protein powder is very fine and continue blending until dissolved.

Step 3If you're a fitness junky like me, you can add 1 tsp of creatine monohydrate to amp it up. 1-2 tsp is the recommended daily value. 1 tsp equaling 5gm.
