Ingredients

2 medium
mangoes
1
mug of water
1 or 2
white tea bags
1 Tbsp
honey (or more if you like your tea really sweet)
1 Tbsp
lemon juice (fresh squeezed if possible)
1 c
plain or vanilla yogurt

How to Make MANGO/WHITE TEA SMOOTHIE (SALLYE)

Step-by-Step

  • 1Place white tea bags in microwave safe mug in microwave. Cook on full power for 2-3 minutes.

    Remove and cover, set aside for 5 minutes to steep and cool. Add a couple of ice cubes if necessary for quick cooling.
  • 2Peel and dice the mangoes, place in blender (or food processor)

    Add honey, lemon juice,and yogurt to blender.

    Discard tea bags and pour steeped tea into blender.
  • 3Blend until well mixed and smooth.

    Enjoy.
