mango/white tea smoothie (sallye)

Another healthy smoothie to enjoy with or for your breakfast....or anytime of the day.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium mangoes
  • 1 - mug of water
  • 1 or 2 - white tea bags
  • 1 tablespoon honey (or more if you like your tea really sweet)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (fresh squeezed if possible)
  • 1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt

How To Make mango/white tea smoothie (sallye)

  • Step 1
    Place white tea bags in microwave safe mug in microwave. Cook on full power for 2-3 minutes. Remove and cover, set aside for 5 minutes to steep and cool. Add a couple of ice cubes if necessary for quick cooling.
  • Step 2
    Peel and dice the mangoes, place in blender (or food processor) Add honey, lemon juice,and yogurt to blender. Discard tea bags and pour steeped tea into blender.
  • Step 3
    Blend until well mixed and smooth. Enjoy.
