Ingredients
- 2 medium mangoes
- 1 - mug of water
- 1 or 2 - white tea bags
- 1 tablespoon honey (or more if you like your tea really sweet)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (fresh squeezed if possible)
- 1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
How To Make mango/white tea smoothie (sallye)

Step 1Place white tea bags in microwave safe mug in microwave. Cook on full power for 2-3 minutes. Remove and cover, set aside for 5 minutes to steep and cool. Add a couple of ice cubes if necessary for quick cooling.

Step 2Peel and dice the mangoes, place in blender (or food processor) Add honey, lemon juice,and yogurt to blender. Discard tea bags and pour steeped tea into blender.

Step 3Blend until well mixed and smooth. Enjoy.
