Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 Tbsp
    cranberry shrub mixture (see cranberry bog fog recipe)
  • 8 oz
    mango nectar
  • ·
    ice to your liking
  • FOR MANGO/CRANBERRY SMOOTHIE: ADD HALF OF 1 INDIVIDUAL CARTON OF VANILLA FLAVORED YOGURT AND BLEND WELL,

How to Make Mango Fog Lifter

Step-by-Step

  1. Place 2 to 3 Tbsp. cranberry shrub into your tall glass, add about 1 oz of mango nectar and microwave for about 10 seconds. (This will make the cranberry shrub soften to blend easier) Stir well to mix the shrub. Add the rest of the mango nectar, stir well and add ice to your liking.
  2. For a smoothie, place all ingredients including yogurt into a blender and blend until smooth.
