If you've looked at my recipes, I like fresh "California" flavors...Avocado, Strawberries, Chicken, Mango...anything that is light and flavorful - I love it! My family and I really enjoy smoothies, too. And, avocado really just adds such a fluffiness to the smoothies, that you really must try them!

- 1 cup ff milk
- 1/2 cup splenda
