mango and blackberry smoothie

Going a little tropical. I found the idea of these flavors and it is just so refreshing.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup mango flavored low fat greek yogurt
  • 1 cup low fat milk
  • 1 cup frozen blackberries
  • 2 tablespoons wheat germ
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 10 - ice cubes (6 in blender, 4 in glass)

How To Make mango and blackberry smoothie

  • Step 1
    place 6 ice cubes in blender, pulse to break up ice. Place blackberries and milk in blender and pulse. Add yogurt, wheat germ and honey and blend. Serve over remaining 4 ice cubes to keep cold.
  • Step 2
    Note: Chobani Greek Style yogurt is what I used in this recipe. If you happen to find another brand, or make your own out of fresh mango and vanilla greek yogurt, please feel free to do so.
