Mango and Blackberry Smoothie

  • 3/4 c
    mango flavored low fat greek yogurt
  • 1 c
    low fat milk
  • 1 c
    frozen blackberries
  • 2 Tbsp
    wheat germ
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 10
    ice cubes (6 in blender, 4 in glass)

How to Make Mango and Blackberry Smoothie


  1. place 6 ice cubes in blender, pulse to break up ice. Place blackberries and milk in blender and pulse. Add yogurt, wheat germ and honey and blend. Serve over remaining 4 ice cubes to keep cold.
  2. Note:
    Chobani Greek Style yogurt is what I used in this recipe. If you happen to find another brand, or make your own out of fresh mango and vanilla greek yogurt, please feel free to do so.
