Going a little tropical. I found the idea of these flavors and it is just so refreshing.

Ingredients

3/4 c
mango flavored low fat greek yogurt
1 c
low fat milk
1 c
frozen blackberries
2 Tbsp
wheat germ
1 Tbsp
honey
10
ice cubes (6 in blender, 4 in glass)

How to Make Mango and Blackberry Smoothie

Step-by-Step

  • 1place 6 ice cubes in blender, pulse to break up ice. Place blackberries and milk in blender and pulse. Add yogurt, wheat germ and honey and blend. Serve over remaining 4 ice cubes to keep cold.
  • 2Note:
    Chobani Greek Style yogurt is what I used in this recipe. If you happen to find another brand, or make your own out of fresh mango and vanilla greek yogurt, please feel free to do so.
