luscious cocoa smoothies
I have noticed several drinks on this site but since I like chocolate so much this is what I make and it is low in calories. So you diabetics pay attention to this.

- 1/4 cup cocoa, unsweetened
- 2 tablespoons sugar or splenda
- 3 tablespoons warm water
- 1 large banana, peeled and sliced
- 1 1/2 cups skim milk
- 2 cups nonfat frozen yogurt
How To Make luscious cocoa smoothies

Step 1Stir together cocoa and sugar in a small bowl. Add water; Stir until well blended. In blender, place banana and cocoa mixture. Cover; blend until smooth. Add milk and frozen yogurt. Cover; blend until smooth. Serv e immediately.
