I have noticed several drinks on this site but since I like chocolate so much this is what I make and it is low in calories. So you diabetics pay attention to this.

  • 1/4 c
    cocoa, unsweetened
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar or splenda
  • 3 Tbsp
    warm water
  • 1 large
    banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1 1/2 c
    skim milk
  • 2 c
    nonfat frozen yogurt

How to Make Luscious Cocoa Smoothies


  1. Stir together cocoa and sugar in a small bowl. Add water; Stir until well blended. In blender, place banana and cocoa mixture. Cover; blend until smooth. Add milk and frozen yogurt. Cover; blend until smooth. Serv e immediately.
