this is one of my favorite low fat smoothies it is good and all my friends and family love it

Ingredients

  • 2 cups 2% milk
  • 2 cups yogurt, plain and non-fat
  • 2 cups strawberries
  • 1/2 cup dixie crystals extra fine granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon wholesome sweeteners organic honey

How To Make low fat strawberry smoothie

  • Step 1
    Blend strawberries, milk and yogurt on low speed in a blender.
  • Step 2
    Then add sugar and honey and blend on high speed until texture is smooth. Serve on ice if desired.
