Ingredients
- 2 cups 2% milk
- 2 cups yogurt, plain and non-fat
- 2 cups strawberries
- 1/2 cup dixie crystals extra fine granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon wholesome sweeteners organic honey
How To Make low fat strawberry smoothie

Step 1Blend strawberries, milk and yogurt on low speed in a blender.

Step 2Then add sugar and honey and blend on high speed until texture is smooth. Serve on ice if desired.
