When you consider that this recipe makes about 32 oz, it's amazing that it only has 265 calories (and yes, that's the WHOLE recipe, NOT per 8 oz ;D).

You can also swap out the mango for just about any frozen fruit and still be well under 300 calories. :)

Ingredients

1 medium
banana
1 c
frozen mango chunks
1/2 c
nonfat, plain greek yogurt

How to Make Low Cal Banana Mango Smoothie

Step-by-Step

  • 1Add ingredients to blender.

    For easier blending: fruit at the bottom, followed by water, yogurt and ice last.
  • 2Blend until the chunks are gone. Pour into a glass, and enjoy. :)
