When you consider that this recipe makes about 32 oz, it's amazing that it only has 265 calories (and yes, that's the WHOLE recipe, NOT per 8 oz ;D). You can also swap out the mango for just about any frozen fruit and still be well under 300 calories. :)

Ingredients

  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup nonfat, plain greek yogurt
  • 15 - ice cubes
  • 1 cup cold water

How To Make low cal banana mango smoothie

  • Step 1
    Add ingredients to blender. For easier blending: fruit at the bottom, followed by water, yogurt and ice last.
  • Step 2
    Blend until the chunks are gone. Pour into a glass, and enjoy. :)
