When you consider that this recipe makes about 32 oz, it's amazing that it only has 265 calories (and yes, that's the WHOLE recipe, NOT per 8 oz ;D). You can also swap out the mango for just about any frozen fruit and still be well under 300 calories. :)

- 1 medium banana
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 cup nonfat, plain greek yogurt
- 15 - ice cubes
- 1 cup cold water

Step 1Add ingredients to blender. For easier blending: fruit at the bottom, followed by water, yogurt and ice last.
