- 1 cup fresh strawberries, washed & sliced
- 4 teaspoons splenda/sugar blend
- 1 pint lemon yogurt
- 1 pint fat free milk
How To Make diabetic lemon charge

Step 1Using a blender or food processor, blend the strawberries & splenda blend together. Slowly pour in the milk & yogurt & blend until frothy
