Ingredients

  • 1 medium banana
  • 3/4 cup mango chunks
  • 3 to 4 - whole kale leaves - washed
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon milled flax seeds (freshly milled in a coffee grinder is best but store bought will do)
  • 1 1/4 cups fresh squeezed orange juice - not store bought

How To Make lean green smoothie

  • Step 1
    Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth. Serve immediately (it’s best when it’s fresh).
