Looking for a super healthy, super tasty breakfast or snack? This smoothie will satisfy! It is super easy to make. You will have your breakfast or snack in no time flat. It's full of healthy ingredients. Tofu for your protein, yogurt for your probiotics, strawberries for your antioxidants and flax for your omega-3's. You really can't go wrong with this one. It makes you feel as good as it tastes! Recipe and photo are my own.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 - brick silken firm tofu
  • 1 - carton fat free strawberry greek yogurt
  • 8 large strawberries
  • 1/2 tablespoon flax meal
  • 1 - handful of ice (optional) i use it
