It's full of healthy ingredients. Tofu for your protein, yogurt for your probiotics, strawberries for your antioxidants and flax for your omega-3's. You really can't go wrong with this one. - 1/2 - brick silken firm tofu
- 1 - carton fat free strawberry greek yogurt
- 8 large strawberries
- 1/2 tablespoon flax meal
- 1 - handful of ice (optional) i use it
