It's like pumpkin pie in a glass without all the calories. You can drink this every morning and not feel guilty. Or, having that sweet tooth and want a snack? Whip one of these babies up, sit back and go to heaven. You can have a quick and easy breakfast for your car ride to work and it only takes 5 minutes to make before you walk out the door. The kids will love it too! Recipe is my own.

Ingredients

  • 1 - container fat free vanilla greek yogurt
  • 1/2 - brick silken firm tofu
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin
  • 1 tablespoon flax meal
  • 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar splenda
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
