- 1/2 - brick silken firm tofu
- 1/2 cup pumpkin
- 1 tablespoon flax meal
- 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar splenda
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
