- 2-3 tablespoons carob chips - milled in coffee grinder
- 3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons ground coffee (i used turkish coffee but any coffee will do)
- 2 cups blue diamond almond milk - plain, unsweetened
- 1 medium banana
- 1 cup ice
