Kiwi Raspberry Smoothie
2 Tbspwheat germ, toasted and divided
4 mediumkiwifruits, peeled and quartered
1 capple juice
1 c2% plain yogurt (substitute vanilla yogurt)
1/2 calmond milk
1 scoop(s)protein powder of your choice (optional)
2 Tbspagave nectar or to taste
How to Make Kiwi Raspberry Smoothie
- In a small skillet over medium heat, toast wheat germ for about 2 ½ to 3 minutes. Remove from the heat to cool off.
- In a jar of a blender, combine kiwifruits, raspberries, apple juice, yogurt, almond milk, protein powder, agave nectar and 1 ½ tbsp. toasted wheat germ; process until smooth.
- Pour in glasses and sprinkle wheat germ on top. Makes 5 cups
