Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons wheat germ, toasted and divided
- 4 medium kiwifruits, peeled and quartered
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1 cup 2% plain yogurt (substitute vanilla yogurt)
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 scoop protein powder of your choice (optional)
- 2 tablespoons agave nectar or to taste
How To Make kiwi raspberry smoothie

Step 1In a small skillet over medium heat, toast wheat germ for about 2 ½ to 3 minutes. Remove from the heat to cool off.

Step 2In a jar of a blender, combine kiwifruits, raspberries, apple juice, yogurt, almond milk, protein powder, agave nectar and 1 ½ tbsp. toasted wheat germ; process until smooth.

Step 3Pour in glasses and sprinkle wheat germ on top. Makes 5 cups
