    fresh pineapple, diced

    freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1/4 c
    coconut water
  • 1/4 c
    low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tsp
    agave nectar (substitute honey)
  • 1 Tbsp
    wheat germ
