As a mother of five.I have been asked how I have gottan my kids to eat there fruits and veggie's.My kid's eat most veggie's that some kid's won't even try.And I most say they will try anything once.

Ingredients
- 1 cup banana
- 1 cup stawberries
- 1/2 cup blue barries
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 cup yogurt, vanilla,or plain
- - you can use any fruits...and try veggie's.i love to mix it up.sometimes i use cranbarries.
