As a mother of five.I have been asked how I have gottan my kids to eat there fruits and veggie's.My kid's eat most veggie's that some kid's won't even try.And I most say they will try anything once.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup banana
  • 1 cup stawberries
  • 1/2 cup blue barries
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup yogurt, vanilla,or plain
  • - you can use any fruits...and try veggie's.i love to mix it up.sometimes i use cranbarries.

How To Make kiddo's fruit smoothie's

  • Step 1
    Mix fruit, yogurt and juice in a blender.till smooth.Garnish with a stawberry slice.
