Don't like the thought of drinking your spinach or kale? My other half doesn't either. So I hide them in our smoothies. These have all the taste of an expensive smoothie at your favorite place without the high price. Plus the health benefits are amazing.

    coconut water
  • 1
    banana
  • 2
    spinach or kale (2 generous handfuls)
  • frozen berries (raspberries and blueberries hide the green)
  • 2 Tbsp
    almond butter
  • 2 Tbsp
    raw cacao nibs
