Don't like the thought of drinking your spinach or kale? My other half doesn't either. So I hide them in our smoothies. These have all the taste of an expensive smoothie at your favorite place without the high price. Plus the health benefits are amazing.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups coconut water
  • 1 - banana
  • 2 - spinach or kale (2 generous handfuls)
  • - frozen berries (raspberries and blueberries hide the green)
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons raw cacao nibs

How To Make hiding the greens smoothie

  • Step 1
    throw everything and blend until smooth.
