    blackberries
  • 1 c
    strawberries, stemmed and halved
  • 1 c
    blueberries
  • 1 c
    low fat vanilla soymilk
  • 1/8 tsp
    cinnamon, ground
  • 3
    ice cubes

How to Make Hi Fiber Berry Smoothie

Step-by-Step

  1. combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. if berries are not fully ripe, add a little honey or splenda for sweetness.
