  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 cup strawberries, stemmed and halved
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup low fat vanilla soymilk
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
  • 3 - ice cubes

How To Make hi fiber berry smoothie

  • Step 1
    combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. if berries are not fully ripe, add a little honey or splenda for sweetness.
