Ingredients For healthy smoothie

  • 1/2 c
    blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 c
    strawberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 Tbsp
    honey
  • 1
    banana
  • 1/4 c
    pineapple chunks, fresh chopped
  • 1/3 c
    udos or flexseed oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    sesame seeds
  • 1 c
    almond milk

How To Make healthy smoothie

  • 1
    Mix together all of the ingredients in a blender and mix until nice and smooth. Can be made without udos or flax seed.

    Hint chop and freeze banana ahead of time. Store in a sealed container.
