this is another healthy smoothie that is good for you and the kids love it too

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 - banana
  • 1/4 cup pineapple chunks, fresh chopped
  • 1/3 cup udos or flexseed oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk

How To Make healthy smoothie

  • Step 1
    Mix together all of the ingredients in a blender and mix until nice and smooth. Can be made without udos or flax seed.
  • Step 2
    Hint chop and freeze banana ahead of time. Store in a sealed container.
