Ingredients
- 1/2 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 1/2 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 - banana
- 1/4 cup pineapple chunks, fresh chopped
- 1/3 cup udos or flexseed oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 cup almond milk
How To Make healthy smoothie

Step 1Mix together all of the ingredients in a blender and mix until nice and smooth. Can be made without udos or flax seed.

Step 2Hint chop and freeze banana ahead of time. Store in a sealed container.
