Came up with this protein shake/smoothie recipe. Easy and yummy way to get your fruit servings and protein servings in for the day.

  • 1 1/2 c
    frozen grapes
  • 1 scoop(s)
    protein powder, vanilla
  • 1/2 c
    any fruit juice
  • 1/2 c
    apple sauce

How to Make Healthy Grape protein shake


  1. Freeze overnight the grapes. I freeze them in my ninja blender.
  2. Add all the other ingredients and blend. You could substitute yogurt and milk instead of the applesauce and juice. Depends if you want more fruity or more creamy.
