Came up with this protein shake/smoothie recipe. Easy and yummy way to get your fruit servings and protein servings in for the day.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen grapes
  • 1 scoop protein powder, vanilla
  • 1/2 cup any fruit juice
  • 1/2 cup apple sauce

How To Make healthy grape protein shake

  • Step 1
    Freeze overnight the grapes. I freeze them in my ninja blender.
  • Step 2
    Add all the other ingredients and blend. You could substitute yogurt and milk instead of the applesauce and juice. Depends if you want more fruity or more creamy.
