Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups frozen grapes
- 1 scoop protein powder, vanilla
- 1/2 cup any fruit juice
- 1/2 cup apple sauce
How To Make healthy grape protein shake

Step 1Freeze overnight the grapes. I freeze them in my ninja blender.

Step 2Add all the other ingredients and blend. You could substitute yogurt and milk instead of the applesauce and juice. Depends if you want more fruity or more creamy.
