healthy apple pie smoothie
This morning I craved a smoothie. And my Dad had just bought some protein powder that he Swears "Tastes Like Vanilla Ice Cream!" And with my Last few apples, Made this! Inspired by a Dutch Apple Pie smoothie Recipe I seen on the Cooking Channel. This Smoothie will make you feel no guilt about drinking this for breakfast! Hope you all enjoy!!

Ingredients
- 1 cup granny smith apples (diced)
- 1 scoop vanilla protien powder
- 1 teaspoon chopped pecans
- 1 dash vanilla extract
- pinch freshly grated nutmeg
- few dash cinnamon
- 1/2 cup fat free or skim milk
- 5 - ice cubes

Step 1Dice the Granny smith apples (Peel if desired)

Step 2Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blitz until smooth
