1 mdripe pear or apple, peeled if desired, chopped

2 cchopped kale leaves, tough stems removed

1/2 ccold orange juice

1/2 cwater, cold

12ice cubes

1 Tbspflex seed
How To Make green smoothie

1place bananas, pear (or apple), kale, orange juice, water, ice cubes and flex seed in a blender. pulse a few times, then puree until smooth, scraping down the sides as necessary.
