Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

  • 2 c
    honeydew melon cubes
  • 1/2 c
    fresh baby spinach leaves
  • 1/2 c
    vanilla yogurt
  • 2 c
    vanilla soy milk

How to Make Green Smoothie

Step-by-Step

  1. Cut the honeydew melon into 1 inch cubes. Freeze the cubes in a zipper bag.
    ** I do this the night before so it takes very little time in the morning.
  2. Remove the stems from the baby spinach.
  3. IN the morning: place all the ingredients in a blender.
  4. Process until smooth.
  5. You can add more milk if you want a thinner consistency.
