These smoothies are refreshing and cleansing. ** The prep time does NOT include freezing the melon.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups honeydew melon cubes
  • 1/2 cup fresh baby spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 2 cups vanilla soy milk

How To Make green smoothie

  • Step 1
    Cut the honeydew melon into 1 inch cubes. Freeze the cubes in a zipper bag. ** I do this the night before so it takes very little time in the morning.
  • Step 2
    Remove the stems from the baby spinach.
  • Step 3
    IN the morning: place all the ingredients in a blender.
  • Step 4
    Process until smooth.
  • Step 5
    You can add more milk if you want a thinner consistency.
