2 choneydew melon cubes
1/2 cfresh baby spinach leaves
1/2 cvanilla yogurt
2 cvanilla soy milk
How to Make Green Smoothie
- Cut the honeydew melon into 1 inch cubes. Freeze the cubes in a zipper bag.
** I do this the night before so it takes very little time in the morning.
- Remove the stems from the baby spinach.
- IN the morning: place all the ingredients in a blender.
- Process until smooth.
- You can add more milk if you want a thinner consistency.
