- 2 cups honeydew melon cubes
- 1/2 cup fresh baby spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 2 cups vanilla soy milk
How To Make green smoothie

Step 1Cut the honeydew melon into 1 inch cubes. Freeze the cubes in a zipper bag. ** I do this the night before so it takes very little time in the morning.

Step 2Remove the stems from the baby spinach.

Step 3IN the morning: place all the ingredients in a blender.

Step 4Process until smooth.

Step 5You can add more milk if you want a thinner consistency.
