1Place all ingredients into a strong blender and puree' until smooth. If to thick then just mix in a little more water
2The green tea will give it a little different taste but will add more goodness. My choice of sweetener is "Now" brand liquid Stevia.
I buy pineapple when they are cheapest. I cut them when golden ripe and store in freezer bags in the freezer for this recipe and other smoothies. I like fresh ginger so I add a little more ginger than what is suggested.
