- - about 12-16 good size blue berries

Step 2press button on hi for about a minute. cheack and make sure all ice is crushed

Step 3pour into chilled glass, or chilled ice tea dlass. sit back and enjoy ur diet and ur summer. u don't have to be on a diet to try these smoothies
