Fruitty Yogurtie Smoothie
1/2 cvegetable & fruit juice such as v8 v.fusion
1 scoop(s)protein mix such as eas soy protein
1/2 cplain greek lowfat yogurt
1/2frozen banana - peel and cut into chunks before freezing
2 or 3 mediumwhole fruits. frozen is best. use more if using berries.
How to Make Fruitty Yogurtie Smoothie
- Place ingredients in the order listed into a blender. Pulse at frappe speed for 30 seconds or more. If smoothie comes out to thin for your taste add more yogurt. If to thick add more juice. Since this is enough for two you might want to do two scoops of protein mix. I use EAS brand which I found in Walmart in the pharmacy area.
