fruitty yogurtie smoothie
While visiting our son in California my husband fell in love with smoothies. I decided to try and come up with something that compares with the ones he bought. Now it's his favorite breakfast. A really fast and filling meal. I find myself now freezing watermelon, peaches and melon to include in my smoothies. Frozen bananas are a must as they add a nice texture.

How To Make fruitty yogurtie smoothie
-
Step 1Place ingredients in the order listed into a blender. Pulse at frappe speed for 30 seconds or more. If smoothie comes out to thin for your taste add more yogurt. If to thick add more juice. Since this is enough for two you might want to do two scoops of protein mix. I use EAS brand which I found in Walmart in the pharmacy area.
