  • 1 - ripe banana sliced or 1 cup fresh or frozen fruit
  • 1/3 cup quaker oat brain hot cereal uncooked
  • 2 teaspoons sugar or sugar substitute

    Place all ingredients in blender container or food processor bowl, cover, blend or process on high speed untill smooth and thick.
