    ice cubes
  • 1 c
    skim milk
  • 1
    ripe banana sliced or 1 cup fresh or frozen fruit
  • 1/3 c
    quaker oat brain hot cereal uncooked
  • 2 tsp
    sugar or sugar substitute

How to Make FRUIT SMOOTHIE SHAKE

Step-by-Step

  1. Place all ingredients in blender container or food processor bowl, cover, blend or process on high speed untill smooth and thick.
