  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup fat free plain yogurt
  • 1/2 - frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries
  • 3 packages equal (packets)

    Combine all in blender and whirl until smooth
