Ingredients
- 1 cup strawberries, chopped (fresh or frozen)
- 1 - banana, sliced (i used half of 1 small banana)
- 1/4 cup raw almonds, chopped
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 cup plain yogurt or vanilla yogurt (i used plain yogurt then added a little bit of vanilla paste)
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup (or other sweetener: coconut sugar, raw, honey, etc., to taste)
How To Make fruit & oat smoothie

Step 1Place all ingredients in a blender and puree to desired consistency. If the smoothie is too thick, dilute with a little bit of water, milk or similar liquid.
