1Take a Quart Ziploc bag and put the berries in the bag with the sugar. Set aside for 1/2 hour. Flip the bag once or twice during that time.
2Cut up the banana into 1 inch pieces.
3Get the blender out. Put the ice in first. Add 1/2 cup of the berries/sugar mix (put the rest in the fridge for another time or on top of pancakes). Add the remaining ingredients. Blend on high for about a minute. Serve in a tall glass with a straw!
