- 3/4 cup fat-free vanilla soy milk (i'll try almond milk)
- 1 - frozen bananna (peeled)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 dash nutmeg
- 1 dash cloves
How To Make fat free egg free egg nog

Step 1Combine soymilk, banana, cinnamon, a light dash of nutmeg (about 1/8 tsp) and a tiny little bit of cloves in a blender or vita-mix and blend until smooth and creamy. Garnish with a dash of nutmeg if desired.
