Ingredients
- 1 small apple, peeled, cored and chopped
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks, fresh or unsweetened canned
- 1 small cucumber, chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh kale, chopped
- 1/2 cup watercress
- 1/4 cup mint leaves, fresh
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 2 cups unsweetened juice of your choice

Step 1Place ingredients except unsweetened juice into a blender. Start blender on smoothie setting and gradually add juice until you get a consistency you like. Extra can be refrigerated for 3 days or frozen for up to a month.
