My Grandson spend the night and he is a picky eater I wanted him to have a snack that was good for him, so I came up with this , I was very happy to hear that he liked it and he finished the whole smoothie.

Ingredients

  • ·
    1 c skim milk
  • ·
    3/4 c plain lowfat yogurt
  • ·
    1/2c peanut butter
  • ·
    1 c unsweeted frozen blueberries
  • ·
    3 or 4 squirts of honey
  • ·
    3/4 c apple walnut granola
  • ·
    1 ripe banana

How to Make Elijah's Smoothie

Step-by-Step

  1. In blender add milk, yogurt , frozen blueberries , peanut butter and honey. Blend on low for about 1 minute , switch to high until smooth.
  2. Add granola and blend on high for one minute.
  3. It make's one large cup or two small smoothie's.
  4. Slice one banana and top each smoothie.
  5. enjoy
