This is a great way to cool off after a hot day's work, and mighty taste also

Ingredients

  • 4 - apples
  • 2 - lemon without peels
  • 1 - peeled banana
  • 1 small bunch of parsley
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1/4 - piece ginger

How To Make eddie"s top of the line smoothie

  • Step 1
    Peel and core apples also peel banana and lemons.
  • Step 2
    Wash and spin dry parsley and spinach, wash celery and chop into 1 inch pieces.
  • Step 3
    Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth add 4 ice cubes and blend about 30 seconds more.
  • Step 4
    Chill 4 glasses fill glasses and top with ginger slices. Serve ice cold
