Ingredients
- 4 - apples
- 2 - lemon without peels
- 1 - peeled banana
- 1 small bunch of parsley
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 stalk celery
- 1/4 - piece ginger
How To Make eddie"s top of the line smoothie

Step 1Peel and core apples also peel banana and lemons.

Step 2Wash and spin dry parsley and spinach, wash celery and chop into 1 inch pieces.

Step 3Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth add 4 ice cubes and blend about 30 seconds more.

Step 4Chill 4 glasses fill glasses and top with ginger slices. Serve ice cold
