I love the beautiful colour of this Lassi.
It's a good meal replacement late in the day if you want something light. This one is a bit tart so taste it before serving, you might want to add more sweetener.

Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

2 c
plain yogurt (i used goat yogurt)
1 c
almond milk, unsweetened
1-10 oz pkg
frozen organic raspberries
6 Tbsp
xylitol (i ground it fine in my magic bullet)

How to Make Easy Raspberry Lassi

Step-by-Step

  • 1If using Xylitol grind it up fine. It is very grainy.
  • 2Add all the ingredients, then taste. If you want to add more sweetener do so now. No need to add ice, the frozen raspberries are perfect in this.
  • 3Serve cold.
  • 4Enjoy!
