I love the beautiful colour of this Lassi.
It's a good meal replacement late in the day if you want something light. This one is a bit tart so taste it before serving, you might want to add more sweetener.

Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

  • 2 c
    plain yogurt (i used goat yogurt)
  • 1 c
    almond milk, unsweetened
  • 1-10 oz pkg
    frozen organic raspberries
  • 6 Tbsp
    xylitol (i ground it fine in my magic bullet)

How to Make Easy Raspberry Lassi

Step-by-Step

  1. If using Xylitol grind it up fine. It is very grainy.
  2. Add all the ingredients, then taste. If you want to add more sweetener do so now. No need to add ice, the frozen raspberries are perfect in this.
  3. Serve cold.
  4. Enjoy!
