easy raspberry lassi

I love the beautiful colour of this Lassi. It's a good meal replacement late in the day if you want something light. This one is a bit tart so taste it before serving, you might want to add more sweetener.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain yogurt (i used goat yogurt)
  • 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
  • 1-10 oz package frozen organic raspberries
  • 6 tablespoons xylitol (i ground it fine in my magic bullet)

How To Make easy raspberry lassi

  • Step 1
    If using Xylitol grind it up fine. It is very grainy.
  • Step 2
    Add all the ingredients, then taste. If you want to add more sweetener do so now. No need to add ice, the frozen raspberries are perfect in this.
  • Step 3
    Serve cold.
  • Step 4
    Enjoy!
