- 3/4 cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries)
- 6 0z - container low fat berry flavored yogurt
- 1/2 - banana, cut into slices
How To Make diet mixed berry smoothie

Step 1Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend for a few seconds on high speed or until ingredients are thoroughly combined. Pour into a large glass.
