Since it's that cranberry time of year, I thought I would share this. Plus, it looks too amazing not to! It would make a great breakfast with a warm muffin, or some of my oatmeal craisin cookies. Yes, I would eat that for breakfast! LOL Enjoy!

  • 4 c
    orange juice
  • 2
    medium firm bananas, cut into chunks
  • 1 1/2 c
    frozen cranberries
  • 1/4 c
    2% milk (i prefer whole milk)
  • 1/4 c
  • 4
    ice cubes

How to Make Cransational Smoothie


  1. Put half of the orange juice, bananas, cranberries, milk, sugar and ice cubes in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a chilled pitcher or glasses and serve immediately. Repeat with the other half of the ingredients.
  2. Nutritional Analysis: 1 cup equals 121 calories, trace fat (trace saturated fat), 1 mg cholesterol, 5 mg sodium, 29 g carbohydrate, 2 g fiber, 1 g protein. Diabetic Exchange: 2 fruit.
