Cran' Razzy Smoothie
1/2 ccranberry juice
1/2 cmilk (so milk is good for this, vanilla flavored)
1/2 cfrozen raspberries
1/2 cvanilla or plain yogurt
1/2 tspvanilla extract
1 Tbspflax or wheat germ (optional)
How to Make Cran' Razzy Smoothie
- Place all ingredients into blender and pulse a few times to break up the ice, then blend to desired consistency (about 30 seconds) and enjoy.
- Note: This is a thinner drink and smaller than I normally make them. I tend to make mine thicker as I sip on them through the morning and want them to remain cold.
For a more "breakfast" smoothie, you can add prepared quick oatmeal that has cooled (about 1/4th cup). This will also thicken the smoothie so you may need to add additional liquid.
