This is a great drink that can get you right through the morning. I just love the combo of Cranberries and Oranges.

  • 1/2 medium
    banana, frozen in chunks
  • 1/4 c
    milk
  • 2 Tbsp
    vanilla yogurt

    scoup vanilla whey protein (or serving size)
  • 2 pkg
    splenda
