- 1 cup soy milk, light chocolate
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter, creamy
- 3 tablespoons yogurt, fat-free vanilla
- 2 tablespoons protein powder, vanilla or chocolate
- 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 5 - ice cubes
